For God's sake people, wake up to reality, in today's world, you are limited to the doctors on the list of your particular health care insurance policy, bureaucrats make decisions about your healthcare on a daily basis all over America, care is being denied by insurance company clerks based on "previously existing conditions" and if you really think a government run health care single payer insurance would deny your health care -- take a long look at Medicare, I don't know of anyone denied care by Medicare. Ever since healthcare became a business and the bottom line was profit, Americans have been paying dearly for healthcare and Americans have not gotten the care they should be getting. Don't let us lose this time around. Don't let people have to make decisions about whether they can get the medical care they need or eat for a week. The Just Say No crowd was all over the boob-tube yesterday saying NO, NO, NO because theirs is not to care about healthcare for the American people, theirs is to make sure the healthcare business continues a profitable bottom line!

The Dick -- Cheney lied about everything he did when he was doing it -- what makes anyone think he won't lie and have others lie for him now to stay out of trouble. Of course the "program" was operational, of course the CIA was carrying out his orders -- he was Vice President of the United States for God's sake, George Tenet and the CIA would have done whatever Cheney told them to do! If they didn't, he would have "Plamed" them and we know what that did to her career -- ended it.

According to Jeff Sessions, white men don't have prejudices. Yeah sure! Another day, another lie, the Repuglicans just can't help themselves. The interrogations are evidence of their prejudice, no matter how "polite"! Ever heard the term two-faced, well that's the Repuglicans!

"a memo by Republican strategist Frank Luntz outlined the script for opponents of health care reform... Luntz argued that a politician had to first pretend to support it, then use phrases like 'government takeover,' 'delayed care is denied care,' 'consequences of rationing,' and 'bureaucrats, not doctors prescribing medicine.'" PRETEND TO SUPPORT IT? Repuglican politicians have already begun their psychological mumbo jumbo in an effort to defeat the Democrats, it's not your health care the Repugs care about, it's defeating the Dems. And yet some still think conservatives have their best interests at heart, they don't. Health care should be a service not a business -- the bottom line should be HEALTH CARE not money, just remember under today's health care system, "bureaucrats" are making the decisions about your health care, your choices are limited to the doctors on the list, and you can be denied services.

After listening to all the Repuglican grandstanding today during the Sotomayor confirmation hearings, I am convinced she is absolutely right that "....a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life." Sorry to say the Repuglicans are still the Party of just say NO, they still care more about Party Power than what's good for America!

There's something to be said for "forgive and forget", but some things must not be forgotten in order to be forgiven. I can think of two such things that should never be forgotten: Slave Trade and the Holocaust! While the sins of the Bush Administration may not reach the same levels, those in Iraq who believe it does since more than 1 million Iraqis were killed due to the Bush/Cheney unnecessary preemptive war. The fact that in America, it is believed no one is above the law, and since there is more than a hint that many crimes were committed during the eight long years of the Bush/Cheney reign, the latest being Dick Cheney's alleged edict to the CIA to keep info from Congressional leaders, if there is to be closure, it is imperative there be an investigation and prosecutions! We need some "tough love" right here at home!

"It appears that the Republican Party leadership in the Congress has made a decision that they want to deny President Obama success, which means, in my mind, they are rooting against the country, as well," Henry Waxman always uncovers the reality in politics for the benefit of America and the American people! Representative Waxman is a true Statesman and a true Patriot! With the Repuglican Leadership we find in today's Congress, a leadership doing their very best to undermine President Obama's success and ultimately an American success, America needs as many Henry Waxmans as we can get!

In answer to that most insensitive, inappropriate, intolerable, inane question and the inaccurate, loathsome, offensive statement by Rep. Peter King (R-NY) that followed regarding the press coverage of Michael Jackson's death and the celebration of his life, a question that could only have come from a man with the mind and heart of a terrorist -- the press covered Michael Jackson's life and death, because over one billion, that's over one BILLION people were grieving and mourning, because over one billion people cared, because Michael Jackson had the support of people worldwide!

The legacy of George W. Bush's lunacy goes on and on! "The New York Times reports today that when President Bush opens his library at Southern Methodist University in 2013, 'visitors will most likely get to see one of his most treasured items: Saddam Hussein's pistol.'" Bush was looking for "Weapons of Mass Destruction," but he only found a pistol!
