Out of the Political Pork Barrel into the Fire - McClellan's Pound of Flesh
MS. SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON
BuzzFlash,
Confession: "It is not the criminal things that are the hardest to confess, but the ridiculous and the shameful." -- Rousseau, Confessions, 1770.
I haven't read this book and don't feel that I have to. McClellan is a discredit to real whistleblowers. Still not on the market ... that pound of flesh owed to the public for all of the debt, death, and destruction ... and, even though Scott McClellan tries to sell his Bush GOP pound of flesh in a book form, instead of going to Congress years ago because of his morality or conscience at that time ... well, that was then and this is now. Right? When has there been anything that was not for sale in this Bush Republican administration?
When McClellan quit the Bush White House or did they make it look real good and fire him ... was it just a coincidence that his mother was getting ready to run for governor of Texas, which upon hearing this, could have made one think it was to split the vote enough so that Perry could continue doing what the GOP do best ... keep up with the Bush GOP policies? You think? What's Scott's angle? Money? Most likely, and who would know Bush number two any better than Scott ... if such a book was published with the blessing of the Bush GOP administration as has been suggested ...
Just another media bait in a bucket full of them to separate McCain from Bush or to take the public's eyes off of what they should be on such as the invasion/occupations, complete lack of government, and the cost of it all that will be the burden of every American citizen today and for many future generations? Does anyone still think that Bush is even a microscopically bit worried about accountability?
Does Scott look as if he is worried about his complicity with this treasonous Bush administration? If that answer is a firm "No," join those who are not and never have been blindfolded and led around by this criminal Bush GOP regime. The starting gate opened with election fraud and the race around US government and US law has been going on ever since.
Many of us Americans knew Bush was a liar when he took off and went AWOL. Big character flaw revealed right there. Bush's life was no real secret, after all, we were told that he reformed ... he became a "born again Christian" and talked to God. The problem with some of the born again Christians today, no disrespect, however, come on people ... many are reborn with giant birth defects. What kind of person invades another country that is no threat to the US and is willing to murder hundreds of thousands of men, women, and children and displace millions more with a complete disregard for the sanctity of any life ... then pilfer the whole country, and as long the American people put up with these monstrous, murderous policies, the Republicans will continue them without a trace of remorse.
The problem with this so-called McClellan confession is that the lies were obvious, too obvious to many Americans, and the reason that Bush was supported by many in Congress was also obvious ... now, I guess we Americans are going to have to put up with years of confessions for one reason or another and they will come from Democrats as well as Republicans.
Quite frankly, none of those who either worked for or supported this treasonous Bush regime should be allowed to remain in office or be let off the political, porkish hook of accountability. Tell this to the Iraqi people or those suffering today in Afghanistan, or tell it to those footing the bills.
We are not talking about simple lies ... those lies cost the lives of hundreds of thousands and they have driven US economy into the ground. Strange, how many Americans, those who still support this treasonous regime, can't seem to get it, that, all of those prices that are rising so fast have a whole hellava lot to do with Iraq and Afghanistan, and every other Bush Republican administration's policy ... does anyone think about the interest being paid on the US debt that China owns?
Aw, but many of us Americans who tried to get a Congress to act for the best all around ... impeach and prosecute ... have used their propaganda as well. The debt, death, and destruction for the last eight years as a result of those treasonous Supreme Court Justices' decision has been a money maker for many Bush administration supporters as well. Scott McClellan has remained true to the real form of the Bush Republican Party ... "make a buck any which way you can, while you can, and without fear of being held accountable." As the saying goes ... way too little, way too late ... may that pound of flesh be left to bleed and spoil on your plate.
Just a thought,
Thanks BuzzFlash,
Shirley Smith

The Spotlight is on the ISSUE!
There’s definitely lemonade to be made out of this lemon. All of the sudden the criminal strategy for getting us into Iraq is high profile… higher in the MSM than it’s ever been (of course because it’s safe to hit the bully when he’s down).
To most of us here, everything in the book is 'been there, got the t-shirt and the bumper sticker.' However, this stuff needs to be aired out over and over until the country, as a whole, comes out of its denial.
Meanwhile, McCain is sticking to his “Who cares how we got there?” mantra. The fact that this story has traction says “We do.”
Whether or not there are congressional hearings, and I hope there will be, it is critically important to keep this issue in the spotlight. The Republican Party is in disarray, however the Hillary-Obama show is giving them time to regroup and capitalize on perceived Dem weaknesses. I don't care right now how dysfunctional the Democratic party is.
The Republican Party needs to be slapped back, big time.
This story can be not only a slap, but a knock out punch to the Repubs for this election cycle.
Consider for a moment how cathartic that would feel.
As far as Scottie boy is concerned, I gotta say that if he is employing the old saw that ‘revenge is a dish best served cold,’ he couldn’t have timed it better.
Seems the poor lad has taken offense at being used like a cheap whore.
Should have taken a better look at who he was getting into bed with in the first place.
We Don't Care How Long It Takes to Impeach
Not Why McClellan Fessed Up
Watching McClellan's Interview on OLBERMANN
Is it just me, or is McClellan actually protecting Bush from any charge worse than "poor judgment", while he eagerly throws The Texas Traitor's cronies and minions (Rove, Libby, Cheney) under the proverbial bus - then backs the bus over their bodies a few times just to hear their shrieks of pain and rage...?
McClellan...Powell... BROTHERS IN ARMS..Warner.... Pace....
I think ole Scotty knows a lot more than what he's saying
