Shirley Smith: 'Get Over It?'

Yeah, they'd like that, those treasonous five. What's worse than that decision to put Bush into the White House? A smart ass justice comes close. It's odd and insane to me for Americans to have to "get over it" as if nothing has happened because of their political decisions. If these so-call Supreme Justices are smart enough to be on that bench, then they should have known what they were doing.

We have laws in this country with no statue of limitations on murder. Personally, we Americans should not get over it. Tell that to every person whose life has been dramatically altered due to their decisions. Get over it? What we really need in this country in order to "get over it," is accountability and that includes those who are given lifetime jobs and are bought off in our highest court ever. The people made their choices with a majority vote and they put in their own guy. Get over it? Ask me in 2050?

Legal scholars and the four dissenting justices have said the Supreme Court should have declined to jump into the case in the first place.

What that decision told Americans is that no court in this land, along with the other branches of this government, is above breaking the law. They knew who they were putting into the White House. Bush should have been taken out of the White House, when it was known about all of the criminal actions by those people in Florida, plus our illustrious Supreme Court. No one should be above the law. They used their positions to position people they wanted in power. Gore had the majority vote of the American people. They also knew that.

The arrogance of these people should tell Americans that we need to impeach those who are responsible for the carnage for the last six years and that includes those get-over-it justices who think they are supreme enough to break the law.

America needs to get over it after all of these criminals are impeached and prosecuted. It's amazing how many people want to worship people in power. This court, until that shadow is removed, is not supreme any longer. So they should get over it!
