Moved on from our last crazy position that Barack
Was really born in Kenya -- not Hawaii."

CJSS Roberts will only get more arrogant as he gets more time under his belt. It is shining through more and more everytime I see he mug. While not yet as bad as Bush's smirk, it will not be long.

as I am sure you are aware, they redid the oath; just in case. It is, unfortunately, not so unreasonable that a land mine, placed by the outgoing administration, supposedly versed in Constitutional law; would work to undermine the new administration. At very least, Justice Roberts was behaving like a bully on the playground; and in the new spirit of openness, we the people should complain loudly about his behavior.
