Subject: Her Majesty The Queen
I think that it was a little bit ignorant for the BuzzFlash staff to use her Majesty's need for repairs on Buckingham Palace as a negative advertisement for your site's funding. The Royal Family is the main tourist attraction for Britain. They help generate employment through travel. Buckingham Palace is a tourist site as well as many of the other royal residences. Furthermore, her Majesty has been progressive in terms of conservation, technology, and welcoming people of many religions and ethnic persuasions to Britain. What else may one say of a monarch who has many times been a guest of Google and has her own YouTube site, or who goes on swan counts with schoolchildren? You should pull the negative advertisement of the Queen and use Bernie Madoff instead.

Subject: Cheney's "Tremendous Sacrifice"
Wouldn't you know that yet again Darth Cheney just simply can't keep his mouth shut and his profile from view? He is now predicting all kinds of dire events in the wake of American combat troops leaving major Iraqi cities.
Just exactly WHAT were we supposed to accomplish in Iraq? Just exactly WHAT have we accomplished in Iraq? We have over 5,000 American military people who have died, countless thousands who will suffer mental and or physical disabilities or repercussions, god only knows how many innocent Iraqis maimed or dead, and billions of our scarce dollars wasted with nothing to show for it.
If, by now, the Iraqi people can't take care of themselves they will never be able to. The bottom line still remains: We should have never gone into Iraq to begin with. There was no imminent threat to the United States.
This was a war without justification and one that the Bushies in their infinite stupidity thought could and would be done on the cheap for whatever perverse, twisted needs they had to display their machismo in some twisted need to demonstrate they were really men.
As I remember this was the war that would last only "six" months and we would be greeted as liberators.
Iraq is what happens when you have testosterone-deprived bullies trying to pretend they are real men. Every single one of these charlatans have never had the balls to be men of honor or integrity.
I don't believe in the "traditional God" however I do believe in karma. One day, all the evil these people have done will come back to haunt them. I have to believe that.
It surely doesn't seem as though our governmental leaders or system of justice will extract the price that should be extracted from their hides for their evil transgressions.

Subject: Free Bernie!
Bernie Madoff's 150-year sentence makes him the Lee Harvey Oswald of the financial scam. His idiotic ponzi scheme has been protected and promoted for decades by Goldman Sachs and its trained, compliant SEC and Treasury Department until such a time as he could be sacrificed to provide them cover. Any bets on how long before he winds up dead in a cell?
I recently heard Oliver Stone convincingly characterize the Wall Street bailout as history's greatest theft since the Pharaohs built the pyramids, but we will be told for years to come that the piker Madoff's harsh sentence - very much deserved - has balanced the accounts.
We must force Obama to eject the public enemies he fosters on his economic team; send the real criminals (Geitner, Summers, Paulson, etc.) to the cooler along with Madoff. Let's wise up and stop giving these crooks absolutely EVERYTHING.

Subject: Banks- from 1946
"You know, most people think of banks as cold, heartless, large institutions. And they're wrong.
There are small ones too."
