The McCain Girls -- Is Palin Part of a John McCain Pattern? Does He Just Use Women?

What is it with John McCain? What is he looking for in a mate or a running mate?

Sarah Palin

McCain/GOP pick for Vice President of the United States Sarah Palin, aka Miss Wasilla.

His first wife, Carol, was a model.

His second wife, Cindy, was an Arizona rodeo queen and cheerleader in college.

Just days ago, John suggested Cindy McCain could win the semi-nude biker/beauty pageant out in Sturgis, SD, the Miss Buffalo Chip competition.

McCain, Drogin relates, told his rowdy listeners "that he had encouraged his wife to enter the annual Sturgis beauty contest, one in which nudity is not uncommon. ... 'I told her with a little luck she could be the only lady to serve as first lady and Miss Buffalo Chip,' he said with a broad grin."

Today John McCain announced as his vice presidential running mate Sarah Palin -- "the runner-up in the Miss Alaska pageant (her special talent was whistling) ... In 1984, after winning the Miss Wasilla contest earlier that year, Palin finished second in the Miss Alaska beauty pageant which won her a scholarship to help pay her way through college. In the Wasilla pageant, she played the flute and also won Miss Congeniality."

Will Little Miss Sunshine be John McCain's Ambassador to the UN?

If John McCain is angling for the "woman vote," women have to ask, does he take women seriously?

Or does he just use them?

Cindy McCain's Husband -- Was John MIA or AWOL?

It will be interesting to see what Hillary Rodham Clinton and Geraldine Ferraro* will say about this latest McCain pick.

*Update: Ferraro is just fine with the pick.

What About A World In Which Nobody Gets Used?

Which just happens to be doable by way of our electing a president who'll work with us and with Congress to dismantle Empire-USA plus turning things around here at home. How will this do away with one's being used? With such a president it'll be up to us, the what sort of world.

Palin - No Dignity

How could any woman with any shred of dignity accept anything from John (Insane in the Membrane) McCain? He has no regard for women and he is a loser/user/abuser. Maybe, this is another woman that enjoys being abused.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU THINK WE CAN FIND A SCAND>......oh look.... Palin's clean-hands reputation has come into question with an investigation recently launched by a legislative panel into whether she dismissed Alaska's public safety commissioner because he would not fire her former brother-in-law as a state trooper. Trooper Mike Wooten went through a messy divorce from Palin's sister. The governor denied orchestrating the dozens of telephone calls made by her husband and members of her administration to Wooten's bosses. She says she welcomes the investigation: "Hold me accountable."

Did you ever think in your wildest dreams that anyone supposedly corpus mentis and assuring the nation that "his country come first" would pick as VP someone who would make Dan Quayle look like a mental colossus!
