Is Karl Rove Trying to Become Palin's Brain? -- Barbara's Daily Buzz

BARBARA'S DAILY BUZZFLASH MINUTE

Conspiracy theory? Or search for the truth?  How does truth become "conspiracy theory"? Actually, when media and group think dismisses possibility:

You didn’t see anything about it in the mainstream media, but two weeks ago at a conference in San Francisco, more than one thousand architects and engineers signed a petition demanding that Congress begin a new investigation into the destruction of the three World Trade Center skyscrapers on 9/11.

...Richard Gage, a member of the American Institute of Architects and the founder of Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth, put it like this: “The official Federal Emergency Management [Agency] and National Institute of Standards and Technology reports provide insufficient, contradictory and fraudulent accounts of the circumstances of the towers’ destruction.” He’s especially disturbed by Building 7, whose 47 stories came down in “pure free-fall acceleration” that afternoon – even though it was never hit by an aircraft.

Remembering the "interview" with Lee Hamilton:

Hamilton: I don’t believe for a minute that we got everything right...

And neither do I!

Virginia Thomas launches Tea Party group:

Virginia Thomas tells it in her soft-spoken, Midwestern cadence, the story of her involvement in the "tea party" movement is the tale of an average citizen in action. "I am an ordinary citizen from Omaha, Neb."

...who just happens to be married to Supreme Court Judge Clarence Thomas!  Nice try Ms. Thomas, but your marital status doesn't sound very "ordinary" to me, just as your "tea-party" involvement doesn't sound very ethical!

With age comes forward thinking wisdom for a very few sages, and upon his retirement we will miss Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens and his ability to recognize the folly of the world's misguided thinking:

In some respects, Stevens comes from another world; in a recent opinion, he noted that contemporary views on marijuana laws were “reminiscent of the opinion that supported the nationwide ban on alcohol consumption when I was a student.”

Justice Stevens also "wrote a scathing dissent on the Court's ruling to stay the recount of votes in Florida during the 2000 presidential election."

And in the most recent controversial decision by the court comes a testament to his common sense and his wisdom:

Justice Stevens said the majority had committed a grave error in treating corporate speech the same as that of human beings.

Here's to a long and comfortable retirement. We the real human beings in this country, aka the American people, will miss you Justice Stevens!

Sorry Howie, no matter how much you try to redeem FOX News and Glenn Beck, Beck is the most current representative face of FOX News. He shows the world just what FOX News is all about, and it ain't pretty!

From lies to cries, he is a disgustingly poor excuse for a TV host, and even less of a man! His hateful demeanor is but a mirror image of FOX and the whole world knows it.

And just in case you don't believe me, take it straight from one who really knows:

Chris Balfe, president of Beck's company, Mercury Radio Arts, says that "Glenn and Roger have a fantastic relationship. That's the reason he went to Fox, because of Roger." He adds: "Roger definitely gives Glenn advice on a lot of different things...

Fox responded by arranging an interview with Bill Shine, its senior vice president...

"We see Glenn as an investment and we wanted to help him out even more."

We all know how corporations protect their "investments."

Rove to Palin: Get Ready.

Is Karl Rove laying the groundwork and preparing to become "Palin's Brain"? Does he see electing her as president a challenge he can't pass up? Does Rove see Palin as a female version of George W. Bush? Have we really become so dumbed-down as a nation that this even sounds plausible? Wake me up quick -- pinch me -- this is truly a nightmare!
