A Partner For Peace?

"Netanyahu appeared onstage with Pastor John Hagee in Jerusalem." Hagee is a conservative American preacher who opposes the two-state solution and supports unlimited Israeli settlement expansion with millions of private American dollars. Hagee has said that "[i]f America puts pressure on Israel to divide Jerusalem we are following the blueprint of the Prince of Darkness."

Just who is the "Prince of Darkness" in this arrangement? Who is hoping for Armageddon, who exactly wants to bring it on? Memo to those of the Jewish faith: The purpose in supporting settlements with dollars will result in the end an attempt to convert.

To those who think it can never happen in these United States of America -- we are inching toward a theocracy: "Pledge of Allegiance's God reference now upheld by court."

Obviously the radical religious conservatives have managed to infiltrate every aspect of society and government, and they fully intend to eliminate the constitutional separation of church and state in order to create a nation in their own image (and it will do no good to petition the Supreme Court, the radical conservatives have managed to stack the court with radical conservatives)!

2-second video causes headache for ABC News:

For the want of a better two-second picture of a tachometer, ABC News has called into question its reporting on acceleration problems with Toyota vehicles.  The network's handling of a Feb. 22 "World News" story about potential problems with computer systems in Toyotas has created ethical questions...

Just goes to prove "you can't always trust what you see" in today's corporate run news media! They will fabricate for effect, they will repeat lies to shape opinion. Deception is the name of the news game these days! 

Contractors Tied to Effort to Track and Kill Militants:

Michael D. Furlong, the official who was said to have hired private contractors to track militants in Afghanistan and Pakistan; Robert Young Pelton, a contractor; Duane Clarridge, a former C.I.A. official; and Eason Jordan, a former television news executive.

Oops! Mr. Jordan, don't you know when a newsman cavorts with spies, he puts every reporter in the field in danger of losing his/her life? Has money become so important that ethics, integrity, safety and other people's lives no longer matter?

Candidate Coats Rails Against Government Takeovers -- After Lobbying On TARP For Chrysler's Parent Company.

Former Sen. Dan Coats (R-IN) is running for his old Senate seat, apparently on a platform of opposing government takeover of the private sector. But as it turns out, in 2008 he lobbied the Senate on the TARP bill, on behalf of none other than Chrysler's parent company.
