Meet the New GOP: Wolves, Hypocrites, Privateers, Profiteers and Crooks -- Barbara's Daily Buzz

And so it goes, another wolf in Repuglican clothing -- Congressman Patrick Kennedy of Rhode Island has called new US Senator Scott Brown a joke:

"Brown's whole candidacy was shown to be a joke today when he was sworn in early to cast his first vote as an objection to Obama’s appointment to the National Labor Relations Board," Kennedy told a reporter for the congressional newspaper, The Hill, on Thursday.  

Brown is just another anti-labor, me-instead-of-thee Repuglican. That's the far right conservative Repuglican strategy: a pretty face telling the people what they want to hear, and then just saying NO and doing whatever the hell they want to do! Look out America, there's a Repuglican two-faced liar coming to your district soon; don't vote for that which has brought you all the troubles we find in America today!

Oh those Repuglicans they just can't help themselves; can you spell H-Y-P-O-C-R-I-T-E? Not only is Mark Sanford of South Carolina an AWOL philandering adulterer, he's also one of the most disgusting Repuglican hypocrites in the world!  Obviously he was against the stimulus before he was for it:

Goes to prove there really isn't a dollar a Repuglican would actually pass up!

Finally the Repuglicans have released their budget input:

...the House Republicans' draft 2010 budget, filled with plans to cut and privatize Social Security and abolish Medicare... the draft plan prepared by chief House Republican budgeteer Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)

Look out Granny and Grandpa, the Repuglicans want desperately to get rid of your benefits, they want to "cut and privatize" Social Security, and they also want to annihilate Medicare. Yep, sounds to me like the Repuglicans are the ones operating  "death panels." They want to kill Social Security and Medicare! Obviously the Repuglicans don't really support the "right to life," they don't want old folks to have sustenance or health care!  

P.S. Back when most hospitals were "non-profits," it was said "privatizing health care would bring better quality care at a cheaper price" -- and you can see where that got us!

Paul Krugman on Senate power:

Senator Richard Shelby, Republican of Alabama... has now placed a hold on all outstanding Obama administration nominations — about 70 high-level government positions — until his state gets a tanker contract and a counterterrorism center. 

It's worse than the mob, worse than organized crime and it is the Senate of the United States of America! A bunch of crooks blackmailing each other and it's legal! Again I say fire the fools, fire the obstructionists who do not want to do the work of the American people! Gone are the statesmen, gone are integrity and honesty, gone are truthfulness and honor, what we have now are Repuglican liars and cheats, schemers and frauds, charlatans and rogues!
