Oh those Congressional Repuglicans, they just can't help themselves, lying is in their DNA! "Did Joe Wilson Lie About Having Been An Immigration Lawyer?" Looks like the answer to that question is YES, YES, and YES again! He's a "real estate" attorney and somewhere along the line it was said he was a "Marine," well according to his bio, he was "a Staff Judge Advocate with the South Carolina Army National Guard." The more we learn about Joe, the more we know he's just another Repuglican LIAR attempting to inflate his mediocre credentials!

"The Post put Saturday's roughly 30,000-person rally on the front page. In 2002, the Post buried a 100,000-person anti-war rally in the Metro section. The inconsistency in coverage is bad enough. But it borders on the offensive to see a Post reporter justify the paper's front-page coverage of last weekend's gathering of conservatives by pointing to their coverage of anti-war rallies." More proof mainstream corporate media is biased to the right! It's a sad state of affairs when money and ulterior motives trump the truth in America. "HEIDI COLLINS, CNN ANCHOR: ... Last night's heckling by a Republican congressman shows just how impassioned this debate has become." When rude and crude is excused as "impassioned debate," when lies and veiled threats are condoned and promoted as "freedom of speech" by mainstream corporate media and right-wing nut pundits, you have to know public discourse has reached a new low in political debate! If what we're witnessing, from the "teabaggers," the "birthers," the "deathers," the "tenthers," and above all the "liars" sent out by Dick Armey's Freedom Works, is considered "patriotic protest," America is in more trouble than was first thought! Terrorism is defined as "political violence or the threat of violence -- intimidation" and we've certainly seen some of that recently! Thanks to the "conservatives," the Repuglicans, those who claim ownership of the Christian religion, carrying guns to political rallies, Americans have reached an unacceptable course of action in politics! There is no dignity or respect for unethical principle or for amoral character, there is no honor in hatred and hostility!

Some interesting facts about the Repuglican Party's newest darling -- "8. A military veteran whose health-care coverage is set for life, even after he retires from Congress, Wilson has 'voted 11 times against health care for veterans in eight years, even as he voted 'aye' for the Iraq War..., ' according to Adam Weinstein, an uninsured Iraq-war veteran, writing at Newsweek's The Gaggle. 'He voted to cut veterans' benefits -- not his own -- to make room for President George W. Bush's tax cuts,' Weinstein says. 'He repeatedly voted for budgets that slashed funding to the Veterans Administration and TRICARE. And perhaps most bizarrely, he refused -- repeatedly -- to approve Democratic-led initiatives that would have extended TRICARE coverage to all reservists and National Guard members, even though a disproportionate number of them have served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan -- and many lost access to their civilian work benefits when they did so.'" Just goes to prove all that "patriotic" jargon about the "troops" is just Repuglican rhetoric!
