BARBARA'S DAILY BUZZFLASH MINUTE

Dick Cheney and simple minded Repuglicans like to say, "we had a track record now of eight years of defending the nation against any further mass casualty attacks from Al Qaeda." Of course, no one is talking about the fact that Al Qaida carried out the worst attack ever on American soil just a few short months after Bush/Cheney took office, no one is talking about the fact that Bush/Cheney ignored the warnings from counterterrorism czar Richard Clarke! Don't hand me your line of s*#t Dick, not after we've endured the worst 8 years of a governmental policy hell that you created! Nothing would or could be better for America than to see you "frog-marched in handcuffs" off to prison for what you've done to America!!!

An article from the archives to remind America what the war in Afghanistan and Iraq was really all about for George Bush and Dick Cheney! Dick Cheney is trying desperately to save his own behind! He's a pathetic little man who broke the law and can't deal with the consequences, so he'll lie, lie, and lie some more. He needed a war to further his ambition, he needed reason to approve "no bid contracts" so Haliburton could guarantee him a retirement worth millions! There is one big difference between Repuglicans and Democrats -- Democrats care about the people, Repuglicans only care about themselves as has been proven over and over again!

"Congresswoman Laughs at Uninsured Single Mom Who Wants Public Option" As a taxpayer who has a monetary stake in government, I propose that all those United States Congressional Representatives and all the United States Senators who do not vote for Healthcare Reform with a "public option" should lose the health care insurance furnished by the government for them! No ifs ands or buts: cancel their insurance posthaste.

Over the last month I've watched the various members of the anti-healthcare reform groups gather together with their slogans, their screams, their protests, and their muddled befuddled objections. I've seen many signs proclaiming, "I will not be a socialist" or signs condemning socialism throughout these crowds! The irony in all this is the very act of coming together in a collective group for a like minded cause is socialism thus making socialists of them all!

Ever get the feeling that some people out there are at best hoping for another terrorist attack, at worst plotting and planning another terrorist attack??? The drumbeat is on for those who want "Cheney for president in 2012! It would not be a surprise to find out the Repuglicans will do what ever it takes to regain government power!
