BARBARA'S DAILY BUZZFLASH MINUTE
"Rep. Mike Pence (R., Ind.): ‘More big government spending on liberal government programs won't put Americans back to work.'" Err, excuse me, BUT all those big targeted tax-cuts for the very rich over the last 8 years sure didn't put Americans to work either, you dolt! When will the Repuglicans realize you don't throw stones when you live in a glass house!!! Do the Repuglicans really think we're all as brainless as their loyal supporters??? Finally the truth and wouldn't you know it comes from a Democrat: "Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D., Ore.): ‘These are the same people who told us the Bush tax cuts were going to lead to nirvana ... I am glad they have come to the floor to present their alternative, because it shows us their priorities: take money away from 95 percent of the American public, and give it to the wealthiest Americans who need it least.'"

Ahh yes, simply because they think they are smarter than a 5th grader, doesn’t make it so. Repuglicans are always and forever “bottom-feeders”!!! “55% of Republicans say the party should be like Palin.” Henceforth our prayer should be God Save America From The Repuglicans!

"Yoo, who was a deputy assistant attorney general assigned to the powerful Office of Legal Counsel, wrote: "As the White House held its procession of Christmas parties and receptions in December 2001, senior lawyers from the Attorney General's office, the White House counsel's office, the Departments of State and Defense and the NSC [National Security Council] met a few floors away to discuss the work on our opinion. We sat at a large round table in a room in the ornate, Empire-style Old Executive Office Building where secretaries of state once conducted business ... This group of lawyers would meet repeatedly over the next months to develop policy on the war on terrorism ... we all believed that we were doing what was best for the nation and its citizens. ‘Meetings were usually chaired by Alberto Gonzales ...'" "We all believed that we were doing what was best for the nation and its citizens." This does not fly -- to simply believe you're doing what's best for the nation and its citizens does not negate the laws of the land!!! To believe you're doing what's best, doesn't mean you are doing what's best or what's legal! Where in God's name did this country come up with such a bunch of idiots calling themselves lawyers, who claim to "believe" they're doing the right thing and who actually "believe" they can get away with it????

Nice to see that CNN's conservative Repuglican love affair has not gone unnoticed!!! Not only do these guys, Ed Henry, Dana Bash, and John King over at CNN, try to psychologically influence opinion to the conservative nth, but there are times when they are downright rude in their questioning -- with an offensive tone and temperament. "KING ... Governor Granholm ... Can you say with a straight face that this is emergency spending, that's necessary, immediately, to create jobs?" It's not exactly clear how you, John King, can keep a straight face when you are clearly sucking up to the conservative Repuglicans!!! Objectivity is long gone at CNN -- they have certainly become a FOX NEWS wannabee!!! And unfortunately the rest of the gang at CNN is beginning to sound more and more like these three Myna birds!!

In America, no one, I repeat no one should ever have to worry about eating "contaminated cheese" or any other contaminated item made for consumption! Repuglicans don't believe in government regulation, but obviously they do believe wrongful death and/or illness is acceptable in a capitalistic society!!!
