BARBARA'S DAILY BUZZFLASH MINUTE

I’m told Rahm Emanuel was clowning around with Congressional colleagues when this picture was snapped, but frankly this would have been my way of waving good-bye to George W. Bush as he exited the Washington scene!

As I listen to the Repuglican comments in the confirmation hearings, I am struck with the knowledge that some Repuglicans are just plain downright damn mean, and they will never change!

As I listened to Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen R-Fl. rambling on and on this AM about the Repuglican “plan” to improve the economy, I was struck with the reality that the Repuglican “plan” was kissing George Bush’s rear-end for 8 long years and that’s exactly how the American economy ended up in the toilet!  Repuglicans don’t know how to govern, they don’t know how to manage America’s affairs, the Repuglicans are not capable of directing foreign affairs, the Repuglicans are incompetent when it comes to domestic affairs, certainly this last 8 years is a testament to their inept, bungling, useless inability!!!!

A sense of entitlement to office was never in any way whatsoever conveyed by Caroline Kennedy, but was certainly drummed up by mainstream corporate media!  The damage the media did to Caroline Kennedy and her reputation is unforgivable; she certainly did not deserve the negative blitz conjured up and waged by a bunch of bobble-heads!

Much ado has been made over yesterday’s “Presidential oath” redo!  I imagine knowing that mainstream corporate media and the Repuglicans would conjure up a hell of a lot of hullabaloo, it was deemed necessary to make sure the “oath” was done correctly!

I agree that George Bush, Dick Cheney, and the rest of the gang must be held accountable! In America, no man or woman is above the law and that includes the politically powerful!  If we are ever going to get over the Bush “error” we must insist on Bush responsibility!

This just goes to prove there are some Repuglicans who want to do “Whitewater” all over again!  Obviously John Corny-n hasn’t gotten the message from the American people; we’ve had enough of you!!!!
