So much for protecting the American people!!! Did anyone really believe Bush/Cheney were smart enough to protect Americans??? Did anyone really think that Bush/Cheney were good for our National and International security???? "Iran Using Fronts to Get Bomb Parts From U.S. ... the technology pipeline to Tehran is flowing at an even faster pace ... Iran in the past two years has acquired numerous banned items -- including circuit boards, software and Global Positioning System devices -- that are used to make sophisticated versions of the improvised explosive devices, or IEDs, that continue to kill U.S. troops in Iraq, according to documents released by the Justice Department and a new study by a Washington research institute." When will Americans learn, you don't send an irresponsible spoiled brat to do a President's job! And by the by, you also don't send a money grubbing, greedy grump to do the job of Vice President either!!!

Another example of people who claim to be "Christians" whose behavior is not at all Christian!!! "On January 8, the Christian Defense Coalition (CDC), an organization headed by Reverend Patrick J. Mahoney, announced that they had received permission to display what it calls a pro life vigil ... along the parade route during the Presidential Inauguration ... Repent America, another Christian conservative group, is planning ‘a massive evangelism effort in Washington, DC. [where] church groups and individuals [will] ... hand out tracts and engage in one-on-one witnessing efforts during Inauguration Day activities' ... Over at the PatriotShop.US, a division of the Tennessee-based online publication, The Patriot Post, commerce is the main word during the lead-up to Obama's Inauguration. While the Christian Defense Committee is holding its vigil, Repent America is passing out flyers and looking for converts, and The Patriot Post is flogging its merchandise, another group, Our Country Deserves Better PAC, is seeking cash. Having failed to defeat Obama, despite spending thousands of dollars on anti-Obama television advertisements in several swing states, and launching its ‘Stop Obama Tour,' which drew few anti-Obama enthusiasts as it lumbered around the country, the California-based Our Country Deserves Better PAC is asking for financial support for a long-term campaign against Obama. In a new ad run by HumanEvents.com, Our Country is looking to ‘serve as one of the leading conservative organizations that will help prepare for a conservative resurgence in 2009 and 2010.'" Sounds more like a bunch of kids seeking revenge cause someone ate their lollipop!!! Whatever happened to the notion of forgiveness in the Christian faith??? Exactly who and/or what ordained retaliation and revenge as the newest Christian concept???

If it wasn't so horrific, it would be ghoulishly laughable, these Repuglican goonies, that were so adamant about punishing Bill Clinton's foibles, are now willing to overlook any and all things that are downright criminal committed by Bush/Cheney during the 8 terrible years they were in the White House! Gene Lyons certainly is accurate when he says there's some "Unfinished Business" regarding this Bush administration's conduct during the last 8 years!!!
