It’s sad really that all the so called “experts,” all the mainstream corporate radio and television talking heads are being paid gazillions of dollars, when Americans actually have to get the real news and a sense of the news from the internet and the comedians in this world of ours!  "Yesterday, Bush announced a massive plan to bail out our banking institutions which might cost taxpayers more than a trillion dollars. To put that in perspective, 10 Bill Gates and 35 Oprahs still don't add up to a trillion dollars." -- Jimmy Kimmel.

McCain is grandstanding!  He’s rushing back to Washington so the LOBBYISTS running his campaign can get their two-cents worth into any legislation this bunch of Bush administration economic advisers can come up with!

“… while McCain says he was meeting with key advisors and becoming increasingly concerned about the financial crisis facing the country -- he was actually holding a special meeting with Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild”   Either McCain is so addled he can’t remember who he’s meeting with, or he is neither an honest nor honorable man!!!  Maybe it’s some of both, addled and dishonest!!!

At any other time, the “stunt” McCain pulled yesterday would have been laughable -- given the circumstances and all the particulars, it’s just plain downright PATHETIC!  Actually pathetic is a reflection of the candidate himself!  John McCain is a weak and dismal choice for president!  And if he’s the best the Repuglicans have to offer, then for God’s sake the Repuglicans better go back to their drawing boards and start over!

When his poll numbers are tanking and he doesn’t have what it takes, when the going gets tough, the “tuff” CUT AND RUN!  “MCCAIN: ... I will suspend my campaign and return to Washington … I am directing my campaign to work with … the Commission on Presidential Debates to delay Friday night's debate …” There you have it, and now you can add “cut and run” to his list of a variety of “nick-names”!  John McCain the man who is afraid of debates, his own and the debate on, McCain’s choice for VP, Sarah Palin’s schedule!!

If McCain would just cancel his run for the office of the Presidency and concede to Obama right now; that would be putting the “Country First” and the very best thing he could do for America!

“Be Honest” and recognize that Repuglicans will never work with Democrats for the good of the country!  “Country First” is a catchy slogan and an honorable ideal, but face it, Repuglicans will never put America and the American people above Party affiliation and their wants, needs, and desires!  Repuglicans like to talk honor, and red, white, and blue American ideals but they never put any of their talk into action!  Repuglican survival is a prescription of lies, negativity, fear, and hate because that’s all they know!  Theirs is a “my way or the highway”, a “me” rather than “we” mindset!  They will always do whatever it takes to denigrate anyone who does not agree with their Repuglican philosophy!

A picture is worth a thousand words and from the looks of this guy, we can conclude that we’ll all be the better when the door hits him in the rear!!!  Repuglican governance has never done anything for the American people! Theirs has been a quest to make the rich richer, and the poor poorer, rather than striving for the greater good of the people!  And this bunch, this latest group, Bush/Cheney, who incidentally had to steal the presidential office, they have added annihilating the Constitution to the list of Repuglican achievements!

Is all this hoopla over a “financial crisis” actually the prelude to a manufactured October Surprise that would be a complete financial meltdown, an escalation in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, thus creating the climate and the atmosphere for Bush to cancel the presidential election and declare “martial law” and then take over the country?
