Seems Ms. Iseman has more than one well placed Repuglican friend!!! Sorta reminds me of that Beatles song: “I get by, with a little help from my friends”!!!

Frankly, I don’t really care one iota about a man’s private life, but this one is just tooooo too good to let go!!! So many thoughts come to mind -- One man’s “bane,” another man’s “miracle” -- John McCain, you’ve got some 'splaining to do -- wonder if Joe Lieberman will be the “morality police” this time around -- people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones -- “involvement” all depends on the lobbyist and exactly what kind of perks the senator received -- and on and on! The moral of this story -- one should never presume to judge the character and the substance of another, when one has some dirty little secrets and a female lobbyist in one’s closet!!!!

Excuse me, but -- Americans are really sick and tired of the kind of unethical gutter behavior that necessitates stories like this!!! “For McCain, Self-Confidence on Ethics Poses Its Own Risk.”

“It had been just a decade since an official favor for a friend with regulatory problems had nearly ended Mr. McCain’s political career by ensnaring him in the Keating Five scandal. In the years that followed, he reinvented himself …” Hmmm, how many times has McCain had to “reinvent himself”??? How many times has this so-called “man of honor” been “chastened by a brush with shame”? What else has he done that prompted a re-invention? What else is creeping around in his past?

Memo to John McCain: “Supply side economics, reduced income and capital gains tax rates”??? Good for America??? I seem to remember it was George H. W. Bush who called Reaganomics “voodoo economics”! When it comes to earthly business, John McCain, as well as George W. Bush, oughta be listening to this, the “lower” father! We’d all be better off with some down to earth advice!!!

Is this a case of short term memory problems, doddering, stupidity, or downright lies, for McCain? "Trying to bring today’s news into his speech tonight, McCain said of Obama 'he said he’d bomb our ally Pakistan.'" Obama’s remarks were actually, “... if we have actionable intelligence on Bin Laden’s location in Pakistan and the government of Pakistan will not attack him, I will take unilateral action.” OOPS, looks like George Bush thinks Senato Obama’s “unilateral action” is a worthy strategy!!! “Unilateral Strike Called a Model For U.S. Operations in Pakistan -- In the predawn hours of Jan. 29, a CIA Predator aircraft flew in a slow arc above the Pakistani town of Mir Ali. The drone's operator, relying on information secretly passed to the CIA by local informants, clicked a computer mouse and sent the first of two Hellfire missiles hurtling toward a cluster of mud-brick buildings a few miles from the town center. The missiles killed Abu Laith al-Libi, a senior al-Qaeda commander and a man who had repeatedly eluded the CIA's dragnet. It was the first successful strike against al-Qaeda's core leadership in two years, and it involved, U.S. officials say, an unusual degree of autonomy by the CIA inside Pakistan.”

John McCain, hero, man of integrity, man of his word, straight talker, HA -- he’s just another one of yesterday’s Washington Repuglican business as usual politicians who will say and do anything to keep his failures alive! Here's the one you'll want to see, and the WaPo's Matthew Mosk gives the flyover:” “John McCain's cash-strapped campaign borrowed $1 million from a Bethesda bank two weeks before the New Hampshire primary by pledging to enter the public financing system if his bid for the presidency faltered …” UHHH, McCain’s campaign was faltering, so he pledged taxpayer monies as collateral for a loan!!!
