If Bush Voters Read the National Examiner and Globe Tabloids, It's Not Looking Good for George

You won't read it on the front of the New York Times (although they were eager to place under a microscope every salacious inquiry into the marriage of the Clintons).
But you will find it blaring as the front-page stories of the tabloids read by Bush voters in the fly-over states.
"Bush Marriage Over! Laura Erupts After Drinking Binge," is the cover story of the October 23, 2006, National Examiner.
"Bush Divorce Deal: Laura Wins, Condi Loses," is the "World Exclusive" that the Globe ran in a photo-filled cover on August 14, 2006.
You may want to patronizingly dismiss tabloids, but remember that they almost did Bill Clinton in, as the mainstream papers cribbed from them to run front-page stories on Bill and Hillary.
This time, the mainstream media is adopting a double-standard and avoiding the allegations that the tabloids are boldly making. But the point to remember here is that the real readers of these publications are, in large part, the people who normally have voted for Bush.
Many of them are religious, and they aren't going to look kindly on the charges of boozing and philandering by Bush. Not at all.
If you are wondering about what might hurt Bush the most in the red states -- and have a spillover effect on the Congressional races -- these covers from the National Examiner and Globe may have more impact than FoleyGate and the Iraq debacle.
Don't snicker. This is the kind of grass roots tar that sticks.
Who knows, it may even be true.

W's drinking, sure; but Bush PHILANDERING?
I KNEW there was a reason Pelosi's kept IMPEACHMENT off the table; she was already there, instead!
Buzz, WHY is there a Double Standard?
Why was all of the press lying every lie they could about Clinton, yet Bush is given pass after pass. Not only Bush, but EVERY Republican gets the same IOKIYAR (It's O K If You Are Republican) pass?
Here in California, Arnold is treated in the same IOKIYAR fashion. It's OK for Arnold to grope women, since he's Republican; yet the same WHORE PRESS repeated Juanita Broaddarick's lies about Clinton time and time again.
Makes me wonder what the Whore Press would have done if Foley really WAS a Democrat (We know Fox News keeps telling us that...)
Arnold used to be treated differently by the tabloids
I remember about 6 or so years ago, before the recall, the tabloids had a field day with Arnold. He was always in the limelight for his cheating, groping, flirting and being a horse's ass. As soon as he became known as something important in the Republican Party, all that stopped with them. Also, they used to mention Maria and Arnold's big fights, but no more. I wish they would start to ask questions again, like: how come you don't let Maria eat anything Arnold? How many face lifts have you had Arnold?
Which reminds me a couple of months ago they showed Arnold at the beach in Hawaii. Oh Yuckk and Ewww....even with all of his plastic surgery, he still has a roll. He should not wear those little bathing suits. Who does he think he is? Yeah, guess he is just another over inflated, middle aged, GOoPer. Pictures are worth a thousand words since the National Enquirer won't disparage Republicans.

Laura smokin'
Laura is probably STILL smoking and not only smoking tobacco. If you read Kitty Kelly's book about the Bush Klan, Laura was the "go to girl" for pot when she was attending SMU in Dallas and the First Lady from Stepford has never denied that claim. If you watch and listen to Baby Doc Bush you can see that he must be drunk most of the time and he could still be doing coke. He now has a special relationship with the CIA and it is common knowledge that they always import the best stuff.
I could be headed for Guantanamo soon,
Spike Heels
Not surprising.....
.....and I hope for Barney's sake that Laura gets custody.

Oh, that's just cruel
Impeach him, throw him in the slammer, but don't take away a mans dog!
Grass roots?
If we have to rely on National Examiner and Globe readers to fix what's wrong with America the country's in deeper trouble than I thought.
Why do you hate America?
How dare you! The emperor is NOT naked, and he's NOT getting a divorce!
LOL
Oh, and he's not drunk, either. It was . . . uh . . . cough syrup. Yeah, that's right.
Love,
Mark Foley (hearts Bush)
Wayne Madsen has been on this
Wayne Madsen, who used to work for the NSA, is an ardent Bush hater, but has the most reliable information OF ANYONE not in the Bush camp themselves (he is the person whistleblowers turn to to reveal information) and reported on this a while back. He's a tad more reliable than the tabloids:

They are some of the highest-paid writers in America
It's not hard to see why. The tabloid scribes get big bucks because they're good.
Writing in "plain, nose-picker's English," as the great Ross Thomas put it, ain't as easy as it looks.
By definition, these guys will do anything for money. So it would be great to get one or more of them writing copy for the Democrats.
In 2004, for example, I felt John Kerry's speeches could have been a little punchier.
"Most readers invariably choose shipwrecks over shipping notices, crime and carnage over commodity prices, and whorehouse raids over wholesale price indexes," says the author of < a _top_ex/002-5661949-9036021?ie=UTF8&p=S00N#ref="http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/1573929026/ref=sib_dpreader-link

Poor Laura
I'm glad to see this article. The "liberal media" establishment felt it their duty to report the salacious tabloid gossip about the Clintons to appear to be "objective." Seems like the marriage of Bush is off-limits.
Marrying into the Bush Dynasty is like joining the mafia. Once you're in....you're in. There's no way out...poor Laura. Pity she didn't marry some nice middle class guy instead of George Jr. ...she could be living here real dream and be a librarian in an elementary school somewhere. Laura Bush is the walking definition of "heavily medicated." She must be on some theraputic doses of Zoloft and Klonopin. More power to her...I'd also rather be in a pharmaceutically-induced trance all day long rather than to live in her hellish reality.
I read them
When standing in the supermarket line. I don't see much difference between National Enquirer and People magazine, except for People works with the p.r. firms for the stars and National Enquirer might not. National Enquirer and Globe show better pictures than People magazine, often because the star is usually caught off gaurd, so they may be fat, skinny, smashed, or just plain ugly.
Interesting the National Enquirer still goes after Chelsea Clinton but never the twins. Everyone knows the Bush twins are sloshed most of the time and this is just the kind of story N.E. loves to gossip on, but it, like so many other newspapers, has stayed silent. During the summer the N.E. reported Laura walked out on Bush and spent the night at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington. They also reported Bush is drinking again and Bab's and Laura don't get along. It all seems reasonable to me. Most women I know read the tabloids in the supermarket line. They are entertaining.

Bush Twins
Um. Hello. You might recall what happened to the tabloid photo editor who ran those drunk pictures of the skag Bush twins (and those stories of Jenna&tonic making out with girls at parties).
He was the very first anthrax victim.
I think it will be a very distant day any of the tabloids run any stories on the hellions again.
How many there STILL BE?
One has to wonder just how many actual Bush lovers there can actually still be! This man is purely evil. Many of his previous lovers- meaning GOP-lovers- have to conclude that the man:
A. Is not religious;
B. Is erroding our national independence;
C. Can not be trusted in any circumstance;
D. Is a militant Muslim enabler of the highest order.
Just how many of these people can there STILL BE?!
Perfect!
This is perfect! It gets right to Bush's base, i.e. the idiots! Kool-aid drinkers beware! Your president is not only nuts, but he's a boozer!!!

Be sure you're seeing what they're seeing
Often those flyover states will carry different covers and even different versions of the same story. You have to be sure you're seeing what the heartland is seeing.
It would be very odd for the tabs to pile on because they are British owned and pretty much part of the right wing fifth column. That doesn't mean the rumors aren't true- sometimes the truth leaks out in the 'unreliable' tabs as a way of being disseminated 'harmlessly'.
Of the tabs, National Enquirer is the most reliable in terms of political reportage.
Be sure you're seeing what they're seeing
The tabs aren't British owned, they just had a large staff of Brits years ago, and again recently.
Take a close up look at the photo of Laura on the Examiner cover, Bush Divorce Deal. Those lines around her mouth are from smoking! Betcha she's still smoking, though she claims she quit an eternity ago. Just another hypocritical thing from this lovely pair of hypocrits.
IF I were her, I would be smoking, too
But it wouldnt be ciggies.

Clinton is dying.
OJ did it, but he had help. Accomplice named.
But most interesting of all:
For the Angel of Death spread his wings on the blast,
And breathed in the face of the foe as he pass'd,
And the eyes of the sleepers wax'd deadly and chill,
And their hearts but once heaved, and for ever grew still!
And there lay the steed with his nostril all wide,
But through it there roll'd not the breath of his pride;
And the foam of his gasping lay white on the turf,
And cold as the spray of the rock-beating surf.
Of course, the Weekly Sun put it slightly differently:
Angels will kill all our enemies.
