Just Wait Until Your Decades Run Out
Before you pre judge my stance, consider how you would feel if you worked all your life, decade after decade. The first decade going to self education, training, grooming yourself to fit into the mold society will expect in order to pay you. Your babies are born and you set out raising them, trying to juggle the cost of educating yourself with raising them and simultaneously saving for their future (right!).
Next decade you are supposed to begin earning, but you are strapped with loans for cars, college, a home if you are lucky, and medical expenses, the cost of living, and oh yes, your elderly parents need support... so there goes part of your income. Don't get divorced or part will go to the ex family too.
Next decade you take everything you're worth and hand it over to the colleges and hope that you can re-earn enough to retire when you're sixty. You work hard and still manage to stay in debt.
Next decade you have to pay for your parents needs because they have hit the wall and have expenses they can't afford. Your kids are strapped with college loans because you weren't able to pay all of the costs, so you try to help them along. All the while you are being depleted but you think you can make it up.
Then you become 55. You are laid off because the new Bush plan is to cheat you out of your social security by reducing your net worth.
Now you are over 55 and every single Congress and President for 50 years has done NOTHING to help you. You have been taxed to death and nailed with debt. There has been no society programs to help with anything at all. No education, no medical, no infrastructure, no more unions, no benefits, no retirements, no longevity on any job, no loyalty to the American Workers. Your home is taxed to the hilt for the local governmental needs and your income is taxed to the hilt for the national debt.
You are screwed. Staring down the gun barrel of your old age and you can't make it up. You learn the only way you would ever have a dime was to be a selfish prick all your life and not help anyone... just like the government is a pack of selfish pricks who help nobody.

Oh but you have to vote the same people back into office so the next generation can learn what you just did.

Don't tell me I should continue voting for these bastards. I would rather see the nation collapse than do it again.

Don't forget that to add injury to the insult they take your children to the field of battle and spill their blood; leaving you alone and without support from your children when you are elderly. You will be chopped off onto the proverbial ice block... if the poles weren't melting. I guess they will just toss us into the sea.
